Intuition

The power to know or understand things without having to think hard or without being taught.

Well, at times I get agitated because I feel this feeling inside of me and I cannot explain it, it feels like my stomach is turning upside down and at that time I don't want no noise around me and I don't want to talk, I want to be left alone.

Now it seems to my family members that I have mood swings but it's not so, It's just that I always get so worried when I get that feeling because most times it's so intense and I don't know what's wrong or what to do.

Even now, I am grown up and still don't know how to handle these feelings, it's  very frustrating.
